Jessica Nair | Practice Manager
Jessica began her career in the dental industry 2002 and joined Siana Dental May 2014. Apart from being our ‘go-to’ person, her primary role is managing all areas of reception from scheduling appointments, payments, helping our patients understand their treatment plan and arranging a tailored payment solution.
Behind the scenes she is managing practice protocols, systems, equipment, stock, staff and a personal assistant to Dr Max. Most importantly, she is the first point of call for the practice. Many of our patients are put at ease with her warm welcoming smile, genuine empathy and non-judgemental manner which comes so naturally to Jessica as she truly loves what she does and wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.
Her passion, apart from dental, is history, spending many hours enthralled in documentaries, books as well as venturing on historical tours. She is a subscribed member of The Australian Ballet at the Melbourne Arts Centre and enjoys perfecting recipes which her partner and step children enjoy taste testing.

Katherine has two beautiful children and a loving husband. Juggling working parents schedules with child care is not easy, but when she walks in our door she beams a positive attitude!
